On June 6th, 2012: While ugly crying and trapped in a stairwell, I had quality time to think about why my Kickstarter Campaign failed. Lessons learned about crowd funding, myself, and the ones I love.
What I love about creating art is that each art piece and art product encapsulates a story. There was a certain timeplace and personspace that occured during the moment of its first creation and then again in its iterations. A perfect example is this pillow: Blues Prismagic #14.
As an aspiring artist – you are always looking for open doors. One never knows what connection or chance meeting might get you a step closer to realizing your artistic dreams and potential. I received an email for Aleksandr Berki in July of 2016 and saw a door swinging wide.
Here is a time lapse I painted for an 5 year anniversary gift for my husband. It’s a geometric landscape. I hope to do more of these! It’s painted on wood panel.
